Focused efforts in advising on effectively generating, resourcing, and sustaining 19,500 manned Afghan Special Operations Corps.o Advisor to Afghan Special Operations School of Excellence. Produced long range training plan, lesson plan review panel, professional leadership development, and administrative improvement related to student in-processing and academic performance.

o Operations Sergeant Major of the Special Warfare Medical Group, responsible for Special Operations medical instruction to the Joint SOF community through 5 separate training courses which train and educate over 2,000 Special Operation Forces medics annually.o Primary advisor to the Operations Officer in all aspects of medical training and education.o Responsible for overseeing the coordination with multiple levels of command and the Joint Special Operations Forces medical community as well as training, coaching, and mentoring all subordinate Non-Commissioned Officers in the Group.
