I am the Leader and Artistic Director of an all male, over 40's dance crew...the Outta Puff Daddys. We are on a mission to spread joy, positivity and to encourage change in society's approach to mental health. Transforming lives for the better…one dance step at a time!We share this mission on social media, perform at events and festivals, and I also welcome invitations to speak at events and businesses.Inspired by my own life experiences, I am passionate about encouraging change in society's approach to mental health - inspiring others to focus on self care and how to create an improved positive outlook that can support both personal and professional objectives........................Alongside my mental wellbeing work, I also provide brand, marketing and social media expertise. For the past 10 years I have been helping an array of new and established brands with their individual business objectives. Through my strategic & creative thinking I have supported many companies, large and small, from a wide variety of industries better establish their brand and marketing position, proposition and personality.I deliver creative and strategic thinking that enables the brands I support to connect with their consumers both commercially and emotionally. I relish the opportunity to delve deeper into a brand and find an impact worth making.This often requires me to work alongside senior managers and teams already in place - such as existing PR companies, designers and external agencies. My role is to support them, not replace them.
