Activities and achievements while I was here include:>> Worked closely with our COO to provide insights on the markets to help strategize the appropriate moves within the organization's ops team, and worked with the Head of Transformation to set up a series of Transformation reports and dashboards.>> Helped the Transformation team to define how we should measure the success of the whole transformation effort and the individual initiatives.>> In this new role, I have more freedom in defining and looking into the areas of concern based on different scenarios and situations. In different times and different markets, there are different competitive landscapes and hiring trends among the hirers. The world of online recruitment changes in a fast pace in the last few years so we have to keep a close eye and do not lag behind. Some of the activities and key achievements when I was there were:>> Initiated a series of reports on several non-financial metrics involving speed and quality, applying mathematical concepts to aid the identification of trends and patterns on an on-going basis.>> Worked on the process to gather data from various sources, as reporting metrics were decided by the strategic decisions made by the management team.>> Ensured the reports get executed in a timely and repeatable fashion after setting up the reporting system, and assisted with the resolution should data discrepancies caused by source systems were identified.>> Made presentations to summarize the findings, and aided in the dissemination of the metrics throughout the organization.>> Besides the reporting of QA matters, also helped other departments like the Customer Service team to prepare their delivery reports.
