Mr. Kacir has over 15 years of experience in business and the practice of law in relation to mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance (private and public), licensing, commercial transactions and corporate governance.

Paul Kacir was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Creo Inc., a leading global company in the pre-press industry and British Columbia’s largest hi-tech and manufacturing company. At Creo, he oversaw the legal affairs of the enterprise including legal risk management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions and corporate finance projects. Most recently, he helped lead the strategic review process that culminated in Creo merging with Eastman Kodak Company. Prior to joining Creo, Mr. Kacir practiced with a national law firm in Vancouver and also acted as General Counsel for Crestbrook Forest Industries Ltd.
