• Involved in the whole SDLC: from gathering and analyzing of business/customer requirements, through signoff in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production. • Led many large EDI implementations including customers such as Sears, Loews, QVC, US Military, Target, and GAP. • Placed on assignment for 8 months as E-Commerce/EDI Implementation Specialist to ensure the smooth transition of our E-Commerce/EDI Platform onto a new ERP system.• Developed and wrote new Customer Implementation Procedures to be used for EDI Implementations.

• Presented the technical design teams in London with Business Requirements.• Involved with the writing and completion of test cases and eventual signing off of UAT and Production. This involvement included trips to our London/India offices where the design and programming took place. • The integration of our application systems and E-commerce systems to a newly created portal for the container shipping industry called INTTRA (http://www.inttra.com). • Took the business lead on the development of new E-Commerce Products (Arrival Notices, Customized Reporting, Customs and Rail tracing events)

• Instrumental in the roll out of our first sets of secure E-Commerce products on the web. This included Customer Registration, Remote Bill Print, Booking/Bill Creation and Review, and Enhanced Track and Trace. • Performed User Acceptance Testing on each product.• Gave feedback to our core team in London and gave them official signoff of UAT before installation into our Production environment. • E-Commerce Support answering calls/emails dealing with any of our current E-Commerce Products. • Performed training for the customers and internal users on the use of these new E-Commerce products.

• Performed end user QA in our test system on new software releases for our core business applications and raised tickets w/ the support teams as necessary. • Assisted User Support with queries regarding our core business applications and helped to analyze and solve issues in a timely manner.

• Monitored core application interfaces and together w/ programmers analyzed failed data to improve the success rate for both booking and equipment interfaces.
