Paul co-founded TwinFocus in 2006. Headquartered in Boston with offices in London, TwinFocus advises family office clients on over $9 billion in assets globally. The firm specializes in providing bespoke family office, investment & corporate finance solutions to UHNW families and individuals worldwide. Today, Paul leads the firm’s direct investing efforts in private equity, venture capital and real estate. He works closely with the firm’s key clients to guide them through a broad range of complex issues and financial decisions. As an entrepreneur and investor, he also works closely with portfolio companies as a cofounder, active board member and advisor. Paul holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society, CFA Institute, and the Investment Management Consultants Association. He earned his CIMA at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance and holds a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University. Paul was the recipient of the Outstanding Alumni Award in 2012 from Boston University.Paul cofounded and serves as Foundation Board president of the Bridge Boston Charter School in Roxbury, Massachusetts, and is a supporter and advisor to Boston Medical Center, Commonwealth Shakespeare Company, Institute for Contemporary Art Boston and Level Ground. He is a member of Young President’s Organization (YPO), Summit Series, and The Metropolitan Club of New York, and was appointed by Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker as Commissioner to the State Athletic Commission in 2016 and served as Chairman through 2022. Paul is a lifelong martial artist and has competed and actively trains in Muay Thai, Boxing, Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kali and Jun Fan/Jeet Kune Do.
