The DAM Supervisor is responsible for the functions and activities of client Digital Asset Management at MRM//McCann Detroit. Compliance to our client contract is imperative and we have structured a workflow to consolidate the many and various business channel here at MRM//McCann. Training and feedback have helped establish a system to funnel the different characteristics of each channel into one system to allow for standardized ingestion into the asset management system. At MRM//McCann we have made big strides in reaching our goal of complete asset ingestion and continue to strive for a smoother and efficient system.

The DAM Supervisor is responsible for the functions and activities of the Digital Asset Management staff at the Commonwealth Global Resource Center. The Supervisor assures that the governance and policy processes are followed as well as adherence to the defined standards for all DAM operations. The Supervisor is also involved in governance and forming policies that impact all global digital operations.

Account Lead for the Media Management Services team at Getty Images. Media Management Services offers a portfolio of services which help customers manage and/or make money from their digital assets. Included in this portfolio is a Digital Asset Management service as well as a Print on Demand service. In this role, I was the first point of contact for our clients, as well as our client’s customers. From inception I was involved in the requirement and milestones of the project and then transitions with the launched client to take on responsibility for day to day contact with the customers via e-mail and the phone, and works as liaison with our print provider in New York. As part of this program I was responsible for training and the creation and updating of training materials for various projects. I was also responsible for AR/AP.

Greater Seattle Area

In this role, I was responsible for a team of 8 inbound sales consultants that contributed to the call center’s annual sales goal of $90M. I was involved with hiring, training, and coaching of consultants throughout the call center. In the last year of this role I was given the opportunity of transitioning an acquired company’s sales & service department (EyeWire) into the Seattle call center while maintaining acceptable service levels and sales goals. Using systems from EyeWire, my team transitioned the business into the daily business at Getty Images in 12 months time while exceeding all business expectations.

I supervised the hospitality sector of a 300 foot processing vessel operating in the Bering Sea, Alaska. During my tenure I automated the food inventory and costing process to give real time results and allow for better controls.
