The success of Mackenzie NHW is being used as model and replicated in other communities to reboot Neighbourhood Watch groups to bring communities together.

Responsible for the Day-to-Day operation of computing facilities across five university of the campuses, provisioning of physical hosting space, critical power and cooling.Gained a wide exposure to requirements of telecommunications infrastructure, HPC (High Performance Computing) clusters, Enterprise class computing and storage solutions.Delivered several successful in place upgrades of UPS and cooling infrastructure to meet growing demand.Member of the project delivery team for the new medical & dental school in Queensland at Griffith University Southport, Gold Coast. Meeting tight deadlines to have the new site's IT systems operational all while building construction was still underway.
