I am a management consultant and business leader with over 30 years' experience in Australia and the UK. I am currently Head of Review & Strategise for Solution Minds Consulting (SMC), an independent consulting company which helps businesses across Australia and New Zealand digitally transform. Since early 2021 I have worked with SMC in a part-time advisory role, and I have now taken on the leadership of the Review & Strategise offering, which helps clients to develop digital strategies and make key decisions regarding enterprise systems.Since 2013 I have been a board member of Rocky Bay, a leading Western Australian disability services provider. I am currently Deputy Chair, and was previously chair of the Finance and Audit sub-committee. I am also currently an External Advisor to the Curtin University Digital Steering Committee, and an Advisory member of the Finance & Audit Sub-Committee at ICRAR. From 2021-2022 I was Chief Technology Officer at Boomer Home Loans, an Australian-based fintech committed to providing fast, flexible home loan services for over 55s.From 2007-2020 I was a Partner at Deloitte Consulting, where my experience included a wide range of strategy, advisory and implementation services, with specific expertise in Technology strategy and planning, and the implementation of technology-enabled solutions. I was also an “Engagement Reviewer” responsible for independent quality assurance reviews of large complex projects. I have a wide range of industry experience, with a focus on energy & resources. As Lead Partner for Perth Consulting (2017-2020), I was responsible for the local market strategy and growth of a consulting team which doubled in 3 years to over 250 people; I led local People and Culture initiatives, with a focus on cross-team collaboration, diversity and inclusion.As Lead Client Service Partner for South32 (2014-2020), I was responsible for all Deloitte services for South32 globally, including senior-level relationships and contracts between the two organisations; My role also involved leading multi-disciplinary Deloitte teams on a range of projects, including the setup of a new global Technology function during the demerger from BHP.As Lead Partner for Perth Technology Consulting services (2007-2014), I was responsible for growing and developing local Technology capabilities, which involved leading client engagements, coaching and mentoring Deloitte team members.I was previously a Director at Deloitte, and from graduate to Director at Arthur Andersen. I immigrated to Australia from the UK in 1996.
