We have 170 Ukrainians and over 90 hosts in our group. We find suitable hosts and suggest matches with Ukrainian families. We help them through the visa application process, host preparation, house furnishings, setting up in the UK, clothing, English lessons, job support, wellbeing and social as well as support for both parties. We fundraise to support all of this.

This £10M project delivered full scope on time and on budget.  Engagement Manager for the second major release of the system, and managed £6M of fees. The project was recognised by the client as one of the most successful system projects of their 10 year Operational Strategy programme and served as a model for subsequent projects. Business Reengineering/Process Improvement:• Just In Time (JIT) projects for a major home appliance manufacturer, a large motor manufacturer and a major consumer products healthcare manufacturer.• White Collar Productivity study for a large investment bank applying manufacturing improvement techniques to the back office.
