• Communications and channel strategy – using evidence and insight to create a diverse channel mix, tone of voice and templates to reach a large dispersed workforce of 4500 staff and 10,000+ volunteers• Audience understanding and segmentation – gathering feedback and analysing how and when internal audiences prefer to receive communications to ensure messages land well • Partnering with senior leaders, CEO and other key figures to guide the communication process• Feedback – enabling… Show more • Communications and channel strategy – using evidence and insight to create a diverse channel mix, tone of voice and templates to reach a large dispersed workforce of 4500 staff and 10,000+ volunteers• Audience understanding and segmentation – gathering feedback and analysing how and when internal audiences prefer to receive communications to ensure messages land well • Partnering with senior leaders, CEO and other key figures to guide the communication process• Feedback – enabling two-way feedback mechanisms across all communications, ensuring this is analysed and used to inform future work and is fed back to relevant stakeholders • Change communications – writing and managing change messaging whether this be changes to ways of working or changes to fundraising products or services• Line management of three internal communications officers (mentoring, coaching, personal development) and ensuring that internal communications brand tone is used appropriately across the team• End-user focused content creation – writing clear and effective messaging with the end-user front of mind whilst translating what the charity’s latest vision will mean to our service users Show less
