He has a deep understanding of market trends and regulatory frameworks, enabling him to build relationships with lenders, equity partners, family offices, and institutional investors to structure deals that deliver long-term value.From 2006 to 2012, Paul held leadership roles at his family’s development company in Colorado Springs, where he successfully closed over $100 million in construction and CMBS financing for a range of asset types, including Class A office/medical buildings, hospitality projects, multifamily developments, and retail centers.From 2012 to 2014, Paul served as Controller for a Denver-based real estate acquisitions firm, where he oversaw capital sourcing and asset repositioning for distressed single-family and commercial properties.
