At C Space (Interbrand Group), I partnered with clients like McDonalds, Walmart, Bank of America, Mayfair, British Airways, and IKEA to improve their customer experience and generate actionable customer insights. Our innovate customer research methodologies were featured in Harvard Business Review, AdWeek, Forbes, and BBC. I spent the better part of my 20’s living in a van and touring around the USA and Europe playing drums in a band called ‘Read Yellow’.
