Reporting to the Commercial Director tasked to manage, plan, review, develop, support and evolve the group’s IT systems infrastructure to ensure the company can maintain it’s growth plans and stay up to date with current technology covering 2 offices, 50+ veterinary practices and home/mobile workers.

A hands on role with responsibility for a team of 4 whose skills cover web development, hardware deployment and database administration. Role included a 2 year management of the customer services department.Key AchievementsTechnical lead of the Senior Management team which plans, runs and oversees projects across all areas of Blackwell using PRINCE2 and Agile based methodologies contributing to the successful delivery of company wide projects. Project documentation was shared across locations and teams using SharePoint and intranets.Analysing, designing and overseeing the technical and operational requirements to fulfil PCI DSS compliance.
