Cari was born and raised in Toronto’s West end and Paul in Old Brampton. While Cari was completing her Hon B.A in Communication IT and Professional Writing (University of Toronto), and Paul was completing his HBSc in Geographic Information Systems (University of Toronto) their entrepreneurial drive ventured them into the Professional Matchmaking industry. Cari and Paul expanded the business’, opening offices across Canada and the U.S., including New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. They both shared an interest in real estate and in 2009 they obtained their licenses. They began their real estate careers as full time Realtors working from the Remax Unique Yorkville office, focused solely on high-end luxury residential real estate. Cari’s knack for negotiating and business experience partnered with Paul’s research and analytics accelerated their career to a 100% referral based business model and placed them as top producing agents within their brokerage in their first two years of business. Cari and Paul obtained their Commercial Designation in 2012, and have experience in Land and Investment Assembly and Commercial Property Management. Cari and Paul have received annual Remax sales awards from the onset of their careers - noting that real estate is not about the quantity of transactions completed or the commission collected, but rather the quality of work and genuine care for their clients which in turn produces consistent favourable results. By providing information and analytics they enable their clients to make informed and opportunistic decisions in this competitive market.
