As a full time real estate investor I have the opportunity to leverage the project management skills developed during my 16+ years working in the IT industry. These skills include developing effective processes, identifying and solving challenges and managing projects to produce quality results within established timelines, which are extremely valuable when it comes to purchasing/renovating/managing rental properties. I take pride in the work that I do and providing quality residences for people to call home. I am passionate about using real estate to build wealth through strategic investments in residential properties, whether they be single family or multi-family.As a strong believer in continuous learning and surrounding myself with like-minded people I am an active member of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) and the Ottawa Real Estate Investors Organization (OREIO). I am also in the process of becoming a Registered Home Inspector (RHI), which will give me the opportunity to add value to my real estate investments as well as help others make sound real estate investment decisions.

Senior Project Manager of client facing quality assurance projects for Business Intelligence (BI), Business Analytics (BA), and Performance Management (PM) products. Identify and manage project goals - identify, register, support, and collaborate with clients. Report results. Manage projects within agile and continuous delivery methodologies. Perform product verification, new acquisitions integration, training teams.- Define early program process known as “gold standard”, improving client experience, keep up-to-date with product delivery (on-premise, cloud / hosted, mobile, agile, etc... ). - Manage Offering Management, Dev, QC, Support, Legal, Finance, Globalization/Localization, and Marketing leads through early program.
