Tasked with transitioning an under-performing organization to Best-in-Class performance while maneuvering through two plant closures and a full product re-design to meet government regulations. Responsibilities include community relations, human resources, assembly, fabrication, planning/scheduling, receiving, materials, maintenance, quality and engineering for 400,000 sq-ft facility employing 47 salaried, 300 production associates and 300 seasonal employees.Results achieved through performance management aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives:• Total Incident / Illness Rate; 41% compound annual 6year improvement.
