At Feast, a full-service digital agency in San Diego, CA, Paul specialized in conception, development and execution of digital marketing campaigns for big brands playing on the world stage and small brands playing in your local neighborhood.

Creator of digital experiences working under contract or by consultation for the advertising, marketing and entertainment industries. Client roster included A.T. Cross, Digitas, Game Show Network (GSN), Merril Lynch, Mobile Messaging Solutions (mms), Snap Dragon (Qualcomm), Sony Pictures and Vitro.

As Almighty's first Studio Director I built a team of Designers, Art Directors, Illustrators, Web Developers, Project Managers, Producers and Flash Developers around my ideals: creative quality, camaraderie, constant progress and efficiency. The first few years of Almighty's existence as a flat organization of roughly 5-20 people, everybody pitched in for the greater good, wearing many hats and filling many roles. As Studio Director, I helped establish more finite responsibilities and processes, while maintaining the magic of nimble, adaptive creativity and production only possible with small, dedicated teams.
