• Transition Manager for the acquisition of interests in the Alba, MacCulloch and Nicol assets by Endeavour Energy from ConocoPhillips, including the Operatorship of MacCulloch.
• Formed and managed the Endeavour Transition/Transformation Team (7 fulltime - staff and contract) – four resources provided by Lin’terim Ltd.
• Liaised directly with the MacCulloch Joint Venture Partners to secure their support for the transfer of Operatorship.
• Regulator liaison with DECC to secure their approvals for licence and operatorship transfer.
• Designed and led the transformation activities necessary to ensure that Endeavour had the competence and capability to assume its first full production operatorship (organisational and process).
• Served as Interim Operations Director for the company whilst they recruited a permanent staff member.

• Development Manager for the Perth field development – the UKCS’s first dedicated sour service field development.
• Brought in to enable CEO to focus on fund raising and other external activities.
• Led the in house and external project teams.
• Secured DECC and HSE approval for this challenging development. Approved documents included the Field Development Plan and Production Operatorship Application for DECC and Design Notification for HSE.
• Led the negotiations with HMT, Treasury and DECC to gain valuable increased tax allowances for the field.

Creation, transition and transformation of the merged entities into an operation that is delivering against its Safe Production goals at the same time as positioning itself strategically for growth.
