This event is the most prestigious aviation recognition event in the world.The “Living Legends of Aviation” is a group of remarkable people of extraordinary accomplishment. Among the defining criteria used in identifying a “Living Legend of Aviation” is aviation entrepreneurs, innovators, industry leaders, record breakers, astronauts, pilots that have become celebrities and celebrities who have become pilots. As the initial group of Legends evolved, these extraordinary people of aviation nominated others to join them, and the list has gradually grown to seventy people. As Legends take their flight west, they are replaced by new inductees, selected by their fellow Legends. The Legends event is produced by the KHAA, a non-profit 501(c)(3) qualified organization. KDAA introduces children ages 4 thru 9 to flight with the KH Trainer which allows kids to take their first flight lesson with the sophistication of motion and control of real flight, piloting their airplane, albeit just a few feet off the ground. KHAA follows the students as they progress, making scholarships available as KHAA pilots enter actual flight training. Volunteer for Family Ski Days For two Saturday's in December each year, Family Ski Days organizes special discounted ski days at Copper Mountain Ski Resort in Colorado. These events are for all adults and children, many of whom are involved in some form of scouting (i.e. Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts). Family Ski Days is not directly affiliated with any particular scouting program.We had over 5200 participants in 2009! This year's event dates are: Saturday, December 5, 2015 and Saturday, December 12, 2015.The price for a lift ticket is $36 for any age and includes breakfast and lunch.Lunch is served in the beautiful Village Square Meeting Rooms. We’ll have exclusive use of this center the entire day, and will have helpers there from 8:00 a.m. throughout both days to answer your questions, etc.Tickets are only good ONE day on either Saturday, December 5, or Saturday, December 12, 2015. They are not good any other day.Download the information sheets from the website for all participants that are not yet 18 years of age. Group leaders, "Heroes", are to be chosen for all groups of skiers and are the key to making this event logistically possible. Please promote these events to others so that we will continue to have a great turnout.

I offered booth space and sponsorship opportunities for businesses at the Porsche Aircraft Experience. These events across the USA are aircraft sales events (static displays) with a driving element. Attendees (primarily aircraft owners) that are at least 21 years of age with a current drivers license and who sign a waiver (no open toed shoes) may sign up to drive a Porsche (first come first serve with about 230 slots available) on an autocross (on the tarmac/runway or taxiway). The combination of aircraft and the experiential excitement of the driving event make these events a great means of speaking with the right people face to face.Porsche recognized the connection between aircraft owners and those who appreciate performance and quality in the quest for perfection.Currently awaiting another sponsor like Porsche North America. We had a great 9 year run with Porsche.
