I am a Product Manager with 5+ years experience with a focus on enterpreneurship, innovation, strategy and product driven scale up.Currently, I am Senior PM at Entrust, where I run our cloud signing product Signhost. The product has a strong focus on making digital signing available for everyone on a high level of trust. I lead a team of 3 PM's.This means a focus on security, legal frameworks, but also on UX and the customer journey. Customers expect an easy signature on a document that holds up in court, and what goes on under the hood with qualified, E-ID's, pades, ETSI, should just... work. I have a strong technical and analytical focus, fluent in frameworks like OIDC and CSC that help scale in the identity and signing world and used to work closely with product development, CISO's and legal counsel.Milestones:- Co-designed a custom CMS specifically targeted at virtual goods and services, currently in use by 10+ clients.- Implemented a clear communication strategy, both internal and external through the integration of cutting edge business software.- Handle business administration, from wages and payrolling to taxes.- Implemented a clear training strategy and information environment for new employees to work in the ever-changing virtual goods market- Built a full customer knowledge base and onboarding automated communications so the sales and support teams can focus on the task at hand.- Helped Evidos grow from a 6 man team to a multi-department upscaled company which operates efficiently without loss of the culture which makes the team so great :)- A highly succesful integration of the Signhost product portfolio with that of Entrust after acquisition.- Pivoted our product into a strong UX and PLG driven environment, where we went from 200 to 3500+ customers.Passions:Travelling in our self built camper, gravel biking, reading, friends and family, geopolitics.Fluent in English, Dutch and proficient in German, written and spoken.
