Institute For Learning - Scarborough, On

Providing instructional design services to the Anti-Money Laundering team. This team, formed within BMO's Institute for Learning, is currently formalizing the AML training focus within the bank's various enterprises. Provided course asset deliverables for both instructor-led and e-learning programs.

Responsibilities included overall management of the training function throughout the organization on a national level. Major accomplishments included introducing a learning management system including training and record keeping automation. Tandem to this was the development of an internal instructional design team that produced high quality and interactive product offerings, rivaling those available within the industry.
