Fortunate to lead a team of great individuals driving Twilio's expansion of A2P and future business messaging channel presence in the Americas that includes ownership of all supply side business operations for US, Canada and LATAM. - Responsible for all supply side activities that drive revenue and gross profit growth derived from messaging operations including:- Mobile network operator and partner management: establishing high trust, highly reliable business messaging channels through direct connectivity & A2P SPAM/Fraud message controls.- Messaging operations: COGs management, onboarding, customer validation, and compliance.- Product development, life cycle & roadmap: aligning product development to optimize revenue and gross profit growth.- Sales and Go-to-Market solution engineering: delivering customer solutions that close and retain customers. - Executive lead for messaging related M&A activities including integration planning and execution.
