Site Engineer
Current*Land Development / Horizontal Construction*Review construction plans and prepare quantity needs*Estimate the quantity and costs of materials*Track changes in plans or constructions*Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors*Act as a liaison between management and site managers/engineers and contractors*Keep track of construction materials and inventory*Process billings for contractors and subcontractors*Utilize software to calculate, record, and track inventory and estimates*Report site coordinating issues with subcontractors and team members*Interpret plans, drawings, details and specs for sub-contractors and craftsmen workers*Physically attend all laboratories testing of acquired samples from the project sites, ensure that laboratory equipment are calibrated*Monitor progress and compile reports on project status*Attends Client meetings, presentations and other related events.
