I am an experienced Chairman, Managing Director and business leader with a career spanning more than three decades. I am a Co-Founder of Phocas Software, which was formed in the United Kingdom in 1999. On the completion of my tertiary studies, I joined Burroughs Corporation in the UK, working initially in the General Accounts division. Following Burroughs, I accepted a sales role with Unisys in New Zealand for three years.I returned to the UK with Unisys and quickly progressed to the role of Sales Manager in Major Accounts. After achieving successful results at Unisys, I joined the CSB Group as Sales Director where I initially headed up the acquisition of Steeple Computer Services Ltd to form CSB Steeple Ltd. I carried out the role of Managing Director of CSB Steeple for 4 years and subsequently led the management buyout of the company from the CSB Group.Following the success of CSB Steeple, I Co-Founded Phocas in 1999 with the aim of creating an innovative software solution in the developing field of business intelligence. Since it's formation Phocas has become a global operation with offices across three continents (North America, Europe and Australia). As Chairman of the Phocas Group l continue to play a key role in a rapidly growing business with an annual turnover of over $20 million.
