Being on the Frontline of the Maintenance area for SGFleet, the Maintenance Controllers are responsible for ensuring that the Fleet is Serviced, Managed and Repaired to continue to be operational for the Drivers assigned. Dealing with a mixed Fleet of Novated, Tool of Trade, and Heavy Equipment Operators, the Controllers are dealing with a diverse mix of Machinery and need to know where they can go for the information to succeed. The Management of this area entails the day-to-day functionality of the area (answering queries, and sourcing urgent information), as well as engagement in a number of Operational Projects that have impact across the wider organisation.

This position also involved working across multiple Resourcing & CRM systems.
