Shift Team Leader➣ Leading up to 14 shift operators and contractors to ensure assets are operating in accordance with established standards to maximise iron production;➣ Setting shift kpi's and engaging team members to maximise their performance and the delivery of team outputs in full, on time;➣ Conducting training needs analysis and design, develop and deliver training packages to meet operational crew member's requirements;➣ Eliminating unproductive work practices through continuous improvement, variation reduction (loss reduction) and improvement in yield, waste reduction and quality;➣ Maintaining operations with guidance of LEAN Manufacturing principles, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and 14SMS and other legislative requirements;➣ Responsible for the Shift Safety Plan, Job Safety Analysis job procedure checks and critical procedure plan;➣ Investigating all medical treatment injuries, potential Level 4 incidences and environmental licence exceedances and implement appropriate corrective action;➣ Adhering to and promoting safety activities, including safety and environment and systems auditing, incident reporting, safety meetings, job procedure checks, toolbox meetings, Job Safety Environmental Analysis (JSEAs), risk assessments, hazard identification and registry;Process Controller - Sinter Plant➣ Ensuring the Process is maintained in control according to specified parameter aims;➣ Reporting daily on process performance including recommendations to counter variances from specified parameter aims; ➣ Analysing operational performance data for patterns and when recurring issues are identified recommend improvements;➣ Leading 6 operators and shift trades to ensure the delivery of planned outputs that consistently meet or exceed customers expectations and satisfy costs, timeliness, quality, safety and environmental requirements;
