• Consulted with the following organizations: AT&T, Bellsouth, HBK Hedge Fund, SBC, Siemens, Trend Micro, and Visa Inc• Performed due diligence, market research, and built excel based models to determine if it was feasible for AT&T to be successful in the Digital Video Surveillance industry• Responsible for managing and directing AT&T and Accenture vendor resources for call centers to support operational requirements and performance standards to ensure that AT&T’s U-verse cable and high speed initiative was a success• Managed all aspects around a new partner transition that was responsible for monitoring all incoming calls for consumers that were having various problems with AT&T services• Collaborated in a strategy assessment for Bellsouth call center operations that identified any gaps in processes and provided initial recommendations• Worked with the risk management team at HBK Hedge Fund to provide a professional perspective and opinion on a new trading tool that was scheduled for future release• Developed a comparison overview of the direct sales compensation programs at the individual job level and performed detailed analysis that helped facilitate the implementation of a common compensation program after the SBC / AT&T merger• Created training based on a new initiative for national Siemens managers and selected as the only analyst to present materials in eight rigorous training sessions over a two - week period• Designed financial budgeting spreadsheets for Trend Micro project management to ensure that the team would stay under budget• Responsible for all aspects of planning and designing a training strategy for a new internal initiative within Visa Inc• Completed the global training program that consisted of teams from all over the world that worked on a mock business case
