I am known for designing and implementing strategy that is tightly linked to action plans with systems that permit continuous adaptation in response to an evolving world. I developed these systems working outside the United States in countries undergoing upheavals: social, political, military and economic. I often, but not always, succeeded, and applied the learning to developing and deploying organizational structures (internal and external via alliances) to achieve strategic results that provided value to both investors and the public sector. Four years as chair of an ad-hoc, national working group of professional practitioners that compiled and disseminated best practices for multi-party, innovation public/private partnerships (I-PPP).• Startups- Project manager, working investor or co-owner of four startups.
