Severn Trent Water supply in excess of 3.5m households and businesses within its area.My role was working within the Water Services department whose task was to update the GIS systems to show pressure zones for OFWAT Reporting and Leakage Monitoring & Management.Primary Responsibilities:•Using Internal Tools; identify the areas which required pressure zone information updating.•Identify land gradient and topography along with the various valves and meters to identify multiple pressure zones.•Using the obtained information, update the Underground Asset Data Management System (UADMS) to show the pressure zones•Update the internal NETBASE database which lists all of the company’s pipework, valves, meters and reservoirs to illustrate where the pressure zones were.
