• Led and advised teams for strategically planning technology and network architecture, network operations, policies and procedures, spectrum, and infrastructure consolidation including:o Supervised a $33m upgrade to NSW GRN; from a proprietary analogue network to an open-standard digital networko Led programs for updating 20-year old as-built documentation from paper to electronic format (approximately 7,000 documents) o Created and implemented common talkgroups for all radios of NSW Government agencies (30,000+ on NSW GRN).
