This includes 1) A new court case management database that bridges to existing customer relationship management database, 2) Automated and manual class action case tracking and alerting, and 3) Hiring, training, and managing researchers.Beginning in February 2012, the system I created and continue to manage has directly led to proposals being distributed for merger, song-beverly, false advertising, TCPA, product liability, securities, and employment cases having a total estimated revenue of over $30M during its first 3 years of use.
