It develops innovative data solutions in collaboration with government authorities, LEA, regulators, and financial and technology industries to decrease the incidence of online child exploitation and sex offending.As Founding CEO, I was involved in;- Developing the business plan, org design, managing stakeholders, raising $25M in a Westpac grant, establishing the entity, board, Treasury function, and related committees.- Develop and operationalize the strategy to establish collaboration, membership and events stream, data product development stream, marketing, operations, HR, and finance functions - Establishment of the Child Protection Fund, a venture capital-style fund to fund technology and initiatives that will advance our cause.- Initiated and scoped an extensive, industry-wide User Centred Design research to assess market needs regarding data products and identify industry overlaps.The year we spent getting this entity 'out of the ground' was one of the most focused and rewarding of my life. Life Events Media P/L was the holding company for Quotify, a consumer information and referral network of 40 vertical sites (quotify.com.au, find-a-painter.com.au, etc). Paul researched the O/S markets, Angel funded, raised Series A VC, built the team and directed the development of the Life Event Platform, a system to manage lead generation and optimize yield. In 2008 Paul sold the Quotify SaaS Life Event Platform to Quotify Technology Inc. (US), funding and growing this business into the global Yellow Pages and Publisher industries.Life Events Media was sold to Sensis in January 2011

Following the 24/7 acquisition of Decide Interactive by 247 Real Media, Paul managed the process of expanding the Search technology (DecideDNA), systems and processes to all the company's 12 countries, including the development a new JV with Dentsu in Japan.

As the Co-Founder of Decide Interactive, Paul expanded the business into 4 countries, managed sales and account teams and successfully transitioned the business from Fee for Service revenue to performance-based revenue, building pricing/product/sales mixes for businesses ranging from SMEs to multinationals.He managed teams to optimize SEM and SEO for clients like Walmart, eBay, NAB, Citibank, Citysearch, Yell, NRMA and Flight Center.Paul conceived and managed the development of DecideDNA SEM technology platform, twice voted by Jupiter as the worlds leading SEM technology.Decide Interactive was sold to 247 Real Media in August 2004.
