Parts Clerk
CurrentHandle all warranty part ordering and management of returns. Responsible for executing shop administrative tasks, and organizing day-to-day functions of the parts department. Manage tire and parts inventory. Manage all purchasing for shop including parts, supplies, chemicals, hardware, and various expendables. Process and manage receipts, payables, and invoices from supplies. Research and resolve any discrepancies or holds on invoices. Provide customer service to vendors and customers via phone. Assist with building and facility maintenance.
