I am currently working for TAL as a Product Owner within our Claims Platform. I am responsible for the prioritisation and delivery of technology change using the Agile Continuous Delivery Methodology. My focus is on improving to improve our customer claims experience, exceeding our regulatory requirements and enabling continuous improvement to the operational efficiency of our Claims Team. I am an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner as well as a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified Scrum Master. Prior to moving into my current role I was the Project Manager on our strategic claims project. This project is focused on the migration of our claims and claims management processes from various legacy systems on to our contemporary claims system. My previous roles have included management of multiple projects and agile scrum teams. Initially specialising in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance at TAL I spent time working in Corporate Governance developing and implementing a high-quality Operational Risk Management Framework, and subsequently putting in place the technology systems the support that framework I transitioned from Corporate Governance into the technology space to pursue more people and project management roles. My Risk Management background has proven invaluable in the tech delivery space.I intend to continue working in technology delivery, where I see my best opportunities for delivering value.
