 Manage & maintain daily backups/system audits ensuring all servers and services are operating within agreed company SLA’s Work on 2nd and 3d level software support calls and liaise with internal development team to find quick and permanent solution to these issues Meet with team to review current / outstanding customer IT requests and issues and review current infrastructure projects and personal assignments Attend morning management meetings to ascertain any new IT issues that need attention for that day and then delegate these to team members  Administration of users and resources within UNIX, LINUX, Windows NT/2000/2003, Oracle servers and PABX systems Meet with Vodafone business managers to review any cross company IT issues and to co-ordinate and map out the IT business requirements and current / upcoming projects  Provide recommendations to I.T Director on current/future I.T infrastructure requirements and assist in formulation of annual I.T Budget

Creating file shares & User groups Creation of statistics for quarterly reports (June - Dec) CPU utilization etc.Project examples…  Installation of System Management Server (SMS) across all our Windows NT servers allowing multiple updates of software simultaneously. Creation of lotus notes database containing all valuable files for client server dept.
