I have over 40 years of extensive experience in the construction, operation and maintenance of major building systems for the bio pharmaceutical and medical manufacturing industries, as well as commercial and government buildings. I have served on the board of director for the USGBC-Long Island Chapter where I am the Past Secretary and also Past Chairman of the LEED Education Committee. I also teach the LEED rating system at various universities and colleges on Long Island. I have been involved in over 180 LEED registered projects.I am on the advisory board for the Green Building Institute at Farmingdale State College, where I am an Adjunct Professor. I have written and teach a credit bearing undergraduate course in Building Commissioning.
