Started as senior project manager within consumer and industrial markets. Later on promoted to Executive Project Manager within industry, telecom and finance. Specialized in implementation and roll-out of software, organizational change, process management and IT disentanglement.

Responsible for the organizational change of the business into a process oriented organization. The new organization came together with an new IT system, which was tailor made for the business and supported workflow processes, product market combinations, process integration, self service, etc. I acted as the analyst between business and IT to determine, describe and manage the business requirements and was responsible for all items related to the "polis" process.
