About Paul Miklautsch

My journey began with a passion for product design. At a consulting firm, I guided clients through the design, engineering, and manufacturing process. In 2009, I recognized the need to better define the needs of customers to ensure the success of development teams.I decided to transition from a tactical design role to a strategic one. Over the next 13 years, I consulted with manufacturers, learning about user needs through thousands of qualitative interviews and observational research. These insights were instrumental in creating innovative products that customers valued and that achieved market acceptance. In 2022, I saw an opportunity to add more value to manufacturers.I noticed that most manufacturers lack strong product management capabilities to guide their product portfolios. I believe that product management can transform middle-market manufacturers by making them more customer-focused. This approach can significantly improve their product portfolios. So, I began developing services, courses, and workshops to address this need. Since then, I've embedded myself with manufacturing clients, working closely with their teams. My passion is to help manufacturers unleash their product potential by focusing on the needs of customers. My Results:→ Assisted numerous companies in revitalizing their product portfolios.→ Established product management roles and created team structures for success.→ Helped businesses implement effective product management strategies. To learn more, visit my website where you can read about these services, explore relevant articles, and sign up for my newsletter. If we meet for coffee, my drink of choice is a bold red eye.A little bit more about me: Strengths: Futuristic, Competition, Command, Focus, and AnalyticalEnneagram: 3w4DISC: High DC
