My professional experience in HydroGC, an engineering office specialized in coastal hydrodynamics, is composed of two main parts: - 3 years of research as part of a CIFRE PhD. The subject of my research focused on the development of a new 3D numerical code intended to design new geometries of coastal breakwaters, that have small footprint. I also suggested, following several experimental campaigns in wave tank, new formulations of the resistance and inertia coefficients for such breakwaters. I won the Pierre Guével prize for the best doctoral work during the XVèmes Journées Nationales Génie Côtier – Génie Civil - May 2019 - La Rochelle, France. - 5 years as a research engineer in the field of coastal engineering and marine hydrodynamics. The missions in which I had the opportunity to participate were very varied: - scientific software development, - numerical design of ports and maritime structures; - hydrodynamic numerical studies;- general fluid mechanics; - experimental data processing and analysis.
