A multi-functional role utilising many skills to effectively support businesses through outreach activity. Ran the ATI Pop-Up Centres, a business support facility. I worked at 7 out of 13 Centres across ATI 1&2, setting-up 6 Centres from start to finish. ATI a Plymouth University project, supported by the European Regional Development Fund.Activities I successfully delivered;-Engaged and communicated with Cornish businesses on a daily basis. Conducting 1:1 meetings. Listening assessing their needs, discussing advice and support either from ATI or other support organisations. Following-up meeting with details, signposted support links and useful information. Frequently received thanks for the amount detailed information sent.-Market research on local economies of prospective Pop-Up towns, leading to connections with businesses and stakeholders. These connections often became advocates for ATI.-Organising and hosting marketing events + Pop-Up comms. & social media.-Running the Centre daily to deliver hot-desking and meeting room facilities.-Ensuring all targets delivered and procured to compliance guidelines.-Recording all Centre activities on CRM. I devised my own statistical analysis of data adding in narrative as part of ATI’s reporting,-Mobile Pop-Up -I was ‘the man in the van’, delivering guidance to towns and industrial estates. I launched this new service, testing it in the field and refined it. Result was a capital cost saving which was redirected to other support. I targeted the Mobile to market its best use of engagement with businesses.-During Covid pandemic launched & hosted Virtual Pop-Up on Facebook delivering current advice. I brought together over 20 stakeholders collaborating. I continued broadcasting weekly until June 2021.Took on an additional role -Business Innovation Officer June to Dec. 2020. New post in ATI2, I set up procedures to support new enquiries, guiding businesses through early stages of their innovation journey.
