The Millard Group is an executive search firm dedicated to the technology industry. In addition to leading the firm, I lead our SaaS practice. We have 12 people in this group and we generate an average of 20 new positions per week and fill 150+ positions per year. Our average time to fill on assignments ranges from 42 days for individual contributors to 81 days for executive searches we conduct. Half our business is executive hires and half are the team build outs under the executives we place. The searches we conduct include CEO, COO CHRO, CPO, CFO CRO, CMO, CIO's and we build the functional areas of sales, sales engineering,marketing, product marketing, product management, professional services, customer success and many things in between. 80% of our business is done in partnership with PE and VC firms.
