As Managing Partner of calfordseaden LLP I am responsible for both Leadership and overall management of a successful and evolving Business. I succeeded the previous Managing Partner, who was one of the founding members of the Practice. I have driven the evolution of the Operational functions to support growth of the business and ensure the highest quality professional services are delivered to our clients.My career has been devoted to leading professionals and supporting their development. I consider myself, first and foremost, to be a people person with a focus on strong team ethics, openness, trust and honesty. I strive to motivate so that everyone can feel proud of what is achieved.Key goals during my tenure as Managing Partner is to ensure excellence across all parts of our Business, remaining at the forefront, but also diversifying to strengthen its position in the marketplace. The foundation of all decisions is based on being consistent, fair and equitable throughout the Business.My Personal Development has in recent years focused primarily on Leadership skills. I have gained invaluable advice, support and feedback from networking regularly with an organised group of Business Leaders from a diverse range of industries and sectors sharing a broad range of skills, ideas and experience.Outside of work I am a loyal long standing supporter of Charlton Athletic FC. I thoroughly enjoy the challenge of playing to a handicap of 12 and socialising on the Golf Course. Travelling has been a passion of mine for many years, and I have been fortunate enough to journey to many places across the Globe, experiencing a rich array of diverse cultures. Some journeys have included attending major sporting events which have given me some great memories to treasure. Thrill seeking adventures have included riding a Bobsleigh down the Olympic track at Calgary, Canada and hurtling round Silverstone Race track in a variety of Super cars. The 3-Peaks 24 Hour challenge is probably the toughest thing I have ever done, but one of the most rewarding achievements.Home life and family is simply the most important thing to me.
