Led corporate cross functional initiative delivering a comprehensive integrated marketing, pre-sales, sales, engineering, finance, operations, project management, and managed services product catalogue supporting 4 business units, 9 solution practices and 170 personnel. The results included a new organizational structure, job definitions, field readiness, defined functional requirements to support internal ERP implementation.
