-Led and educated a group of motivated individuals while overhauling the unit’s maintenance procedures within the communications section. Through daily maintenance report reconciliations and documenting actions in the organization’s Oracle based database system this led to the unit’s high level of success in their bi-annual inspection in both 2015 and 2017.
-Was directly responsible for the reconciliation of multiple property records that were each in value of over at least 2 million dollars. Leading to 100 percent accountability of all equipment and sensitive materials.
-Supported for over 300 users in IT related issues, configured Microsoft operating systems, applied monthly patches and software upgrades. Gained experience in active directory, MS Server 2012, and systems administration-Built and managed a SharePoint site supporting over 16 work sections and 250 users. Utilizing custom workflows and InfoPath forms I was able to optimize multiple approval processes in order to cut approval times in half. 
-Advised leadership on matters regarding supply chain and average maintenance time which led them to make informed and appropriate decisions while planning for military operations.

-Directly supported communications and handling of sensitive material for two infantry companies while forward deployed to Afghanistan, giving the clients the ability to carry out military operations over the span of 14 months total.
-Responsible for the maintenance of over 5 million dollars of equipment spanning 5 property records. 
-Disposed of over 6 million dollars worth of sensitive equipment over a 5 month span while forward deployed.
-Managed the unit’s communications equipment modifications program which was responsible for upgrading both firmware and software on PCs and radio systems.
-Received multiple honorable mentions during biannual inspections for the accuracy of individual billets held. These billets included equipment modifications, equipment calibration, quality control, inventory control.
