As a long-term advisor, I have helped shape NeuTigers' investment and operational strategies. NeuTigers is a spin-out of Princeton University. We have a groundbreaking artificial intelligence (AI) technology that improves how people and companies manage their health, operate their businesses, and protect their data. Our proven technology makes it possible to deploy machine learning models locally on edge devices like smartphones, smartwatches, and the Internet of Things (IoT). NeuTigers, in partnership with Princeton University, is committed to leveraging its technology to provide a positive impact on society.

Led the North American finance team (50+) of Havas Health & You and oversaw 2-years of double-digit growth across a 24 company network. During my tenure, I was responsible for implementing the finance department's learning and development programs, ensuring growth across all North American agencies, and upgrading the organization's financial software. This included managing a 6-month implementation of Anaplan across the entire network that reduced the time spent on consolidation and forecasting by over 50%.

I led the Finance, HR, and IT departments at Blueprint Research Group (now part of Trinity Partners), a global marketing research consultancy that focuses on helping clients to further shape, define, and address key business questions that are tied to the development of a product launch strategy. As CFO my teams and I ensured that we had the systems in place to deal with the complex internal requests demanded by the world's largest healthcare companies. We provided real-time data to Senior Partners that allowed us to implement new growth strategies and be proactive in managing the organization's costs.

I led the Finance, Talent and IT teams at Barbarian, an award-winning digital creative agency, founded in 2001. As a subsidiary of Cheil Worldwide, Barbarian is part of one of the largest agency networks in the world and was the Inaugural winner of the 2013 Cannes Lions Innovation Grand Prix. I helped drive forward this digital agency, that saw revenue double, as we provided end-to-end marketing services to help brands, such as Pepsi, IBM, Samsung and GE, navigate a world where the Internet has won, and become the central driving force behind culture and commerce.

As Brandkarma's CFO/COO I was directly responsible for managing the financial, Talent and IT teams of an award-winning advertising agency. These teams evaluated, developed and implemented all of Brandkarma's financial and operational initiatives to ensure we had state-of-the-art technology and process management within all agency functions. The results of our initiatives proved extremely successful, with Brandkarma seeing improved communication between offices, lower staff turnover and increased net profit margins.

As the Financial Controller I was responsible for the management of the Finance teams at Photosound Communications Inc. and Practice Therapeutics Inc. (Both part of the HealthSTAR Network). In addition to the day to day running of the departments, part of my role was the financial management of all client projects that generated over $20 million in annual revenue. During my time at Photosound I was also fortunate enough to be able to get involved in a number of special projects, which included being part of the team that implemented a network-wide job costing and general ledger system across 10 agencies.

Before moving to the US as part of Photosound's expansion into North America I was responsible for the UK finance team, that managed and reported on all aspects of the company's finances. This included month-end reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow management, VAT returns and audit documentation preparation.

As an Auditor I was responsible for planning, executing and finalizing recurring audit projects while directly reporting to an Audit Manager. Part of my role was to always provide an efficient and proactive service to the company's clients, whilst ensuring all professional audit requirements had been met.
