Employed the first team members and took the first call on Australian soil in May 2006. Followed-up by the first "bet" being traded on Australian soil in August 2006. Infrastructure build was performed and coordinated in the UK, using newly-employed Australian staff, before being air-lifted to Hobart. Stayed on as Director of IT and Operations overseeing a staff of 130 and managing the largest computing facility in the state.
