Attaining high team engagement, development and team health survey scores, whilst delivering a 3-year project on time and to budget, achieving target revenue of US$55MM within the first year of release.- Delivered ongoing monthly updates as a live service to the title through a continuous value delivery model, utilising direct player analytics and user feedback to clarify new features required, pain points in the player journey and opportunities for tightening the funnel to increase revenue generation.- Collaborated closely with Google key stakeholders to deliver the first full VR product from the studio, on time and US$1.8MM under budget which was contributed as pure margin to the studio’s bottom line. The title delivered an additional US$300K profit within 1 week of release.
