A contract at Ricoh Europe, a FTSE 100 multinational company, as a customer-facing Project Manager for an Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation across several EU subsidiaries and a great opportunity to report directly to the EMEA Oracle Cloud ERP Programme Director. With my excellent relationship-building skills, I focused on customer communication, facilitating workstream collaboration, stakeholder management and supporting the Ricoh Programme Management and the vendor Oracle Consulting. While this was not an L&D role, it was perfect for developing my large-scale digital transformation change management skills. My role was non-technical Stakeholder Management on a 100+ technical programme team. 🎯 Customer Communication ★ Manage communication between Ricoh Europe & Oracle Consulting and multiple subsidiary project teams ★ Facilitate ERP Deployment Steering Committees with C-level audiences and communicate programme updates 🎯 Change Management ★ Resolution and escalation of the day-to-day customer queries, issues and concerns on the multi-country project ★ Practice ADKAR Change Management and manage expectations of workstream leads and multiple customers 🎯 Stakeholder Management ★ Implement Project Governance with the support of 2 PMO staff and work closely with Programme Management ★ Monitor vendor deliverables and work closely with Subsidiary IT Leads on driving project progress 🎯 Business Transformation ★ Champion the involvement of the Business Transformation team in solution development activities ★ Support the ERP Training Needs Analysis milestone planning and facilitate inter-workstream collaboration Project Management tools: Jira, Service Now, Panaya, Aris Process Cloud, Excel and MS Projects
