This has been a thing I've done on the side for over 20 years. It's been part-time enough that I was able to keep full-time jobs and flexible enough that I could take it with me during the few times I've moved. This business started as a friend helping a friend with neighborhood remodels. We were there for our neighbors with the idea of keeping the property values of the neighborhood from declining due to homes in a state of disrepair. As time went on, I started to get people who wanted to do extra building tasks for them outside of what my friend and I were doing.* I've changed the swing of doors. * I've installed new doors.* I've broken sidewalks up and installed wider walkways.* I've built and installed custom medicine cabinets.* I've changed the orientation of kitchen cabinets from one wall to another.* I've removed, built new, and installed custom stairways for vintage homes.

* Partnered with colleagues to weld from ½” to 10” pipe and successfully purge the weld to protect the weld from outside contaminants. * Stainless Steel and Structural Steel with TIG & MIG welding.* Properly layout and fit parts in accordance with drawings with tight tolerance.

* Assembled and fitted parts for interior of military armored cars.* Electrical fit-up of junction boxes for military hover crafts.* Tack welded brackets for electrical junction boxes.
